Applications are now open for the 3rd German-Israeli Partnership Accelerator
The Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology offers master students and computer science graduates who are passionate about IT security the opportunity to develop new IT security ideas, improve their cyber security knowledge and entrepreneurial skills, and get to know Israel as a cybernation up close - with the German-Israeli Partnership Accelerator (GIPA):
In 2020, the international cybersecurity program of Fraunhofer SIT and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem will enter its third round. German and Israeli cybersecurity talents form mixed teams that work on concrete challenges and implement exciting project plans. They train on the world's leading simulation platform and learn how to successfully manage a start-up and develop products in line with market requirements.
The event starts at the beginning of April with one week of technology and entrepreneurship training in Darmstadt. After the kickoff, the teams continue to develop their projects remotely for five months before they finalise them in Israel in October and present their work at an international conference. Travel and accommodation are free for the participants.
Applications can be submitted until December 15, 2019.
